🟦 POKECARDFL – SHIPPING POLICY

At Pokecardfl, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are shipped.

1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within:

1–3 business days

Excluding:

  • Sundays

  • Major U.S. holidays

Pre-orders will ship on or shortly after their official release date.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship using the following carriers:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx (special cases)

Carrier choice is made based on package size, speed, and safety.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight

  • Dimensions

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

Pokecardfl does not add additional charges beyond actual shipping costs unless special packaging is requested.

4. Tracking Information

All shipments include a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.

5. Delivery Issues

If a package is marked Delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Check safe delivery spots (porch, mailbox, side door)

  3. Contact your local USPS/UPS/FedEx office

If still missing, email us at info@pokecardfl.com.

Please note:
Pokecardfl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.

6. Incorrect Addresses

If you make a mistake in your shipping address:

  • Contact us immediately: info@pokecardfl.com

  • If the order has NOT shipped, we will update the address

  • If it HAS shipped, we cannot intercept or redirect it

Refunds cannot be issued for orders lost due to incorrect address entry.

7. International Shipping

At this time, Pokecardfl ships within the United States only.

International shipping will be added in the future.
