This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations work at Pokecardfl.com for both standard items and pre-orders.
1. Order Cancellations (Non–Pre-Order Items)
You may request a cancellation before your order has shipped.
All cancellations are subject to a:
⭐ 6% cancellation fee
This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing costs we incur the moment you place your order.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Pre-Order Cancellations
By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

Payment is collected immediately at checkout

Release dates may change based on manufacturer or distributor delays

Your order will ship once all items in the order are available
⭐ Pre-order cancellations also include a 6% cancellation fee
If you want in-stock items shipped immediately:
➡️ Place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.
Pokecardfl cannot partially ship or partially cancel an order.
3. Combined Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock Items)
If a cart contains both:
✔ Pre-order items
✔ In-stock items
The entire order ships together once all pre-order items are available.
If you want immediate shipping for in-stock items, you must:

4. How to Request a Cancellation

We respond within 24–48 hours.
5. Exceptions
Pokecardfl reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:

Suspected fraud

Inventory discrepancies

Customer abuse of cancellation policies
In such cases, a full refund or adjusted resolution will be provided.
