🟦 POKECARDFL – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because of the nature of Trading Card Game (TCG) products—including sealed items and collectible singles—Pokecardfl must follow strict return and refund guidelines to protect product integrity and ensure fairness for all customers.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Return Policy

Most sales on Pokecardfl.com are considered final.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened sealed TCG products

  • Booster boxes, ETBs, or sealed products where the plastic wrap has been removed

  • Single cards that have been played, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Clearance items or items marked “final sale”

This policy ensures product authenticity and protects all customers from potential tampering.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

We will make it right.

To report an issue:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement (if stock is available)

  • Store credit

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

We may request that the product be returned before issuing a refund.

3. Return Eligibility (If Approved)

If a return is authorized:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Sealed products must still be factory sealed

  • All accessories, promo packs, or bonuses must be included

  • You must contact us before shipping anything back

Any unauthorized returns may be refused.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened sealed product

  • Singles exposed to play or damage

  • Digital items or gift cards

  • Items sold on clearance or at promotional final-sale pricing

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect an authorized return:

  • We will email you a notification of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund posting.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Pokecardfl error.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Check with your local USPS/UPS/FedEx office

  3. Verify your delivery address

If still missing, contact us at info@pokecardfl.com with your order number.

While we will assist you, Pokecardfl is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
